spun-dangling beneath the weather-rumpled DCKIM-sign... an open letter is hanging by some threads, just waiting for anybody to read...
Dear NERDS,
(and non-NERDS too)
When I first began working on this project, I didn't know that it would grow into something much better than I had originally anticipated.
After trying for a long time to write my website using only a text editor I finally had enough. I looked all over the internet and could not find a program that could draft HTML documents.
Every other type of document has a free program for writing them: 3D has 'Blender'; 2D has GIMP; The list goes on forever...
WHAT ABOUT HTML?
Strangely there is nothing for drafting HTML. Even the 'paid' programs look like junk...
So I started writing my own program:
* * * * *
→* can be used completely offline.
→* runs in any web-browser.
→* totally free and no advertisements.
→* simple enough for a beginner.
→* hardcore enough for a total nerd!
rambling continued on back...
And on the back:
It's a good and well-designed project with a strong foundation. There is a very keyboard centric workflow available for people who like the keyboard. It is very similar to the keyboard layout of 'VI'.
So, I have decided that after doing all of the work of writing such a good program, I should also do the work of advertising for it. Even so as it is totally free...
DCKim,
Mystery Programmer
